Receiving an offer
Once we have that all-important offer, our years of experience in negotiation then go to good use! It is our job to get you the best possible price and a timescale to suit you. Our job is to act in your best interests at all times!Get a Free Valuation
Once you have accepted an offer, your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor who will then carry out enquiries and searches. In the meantime, your buyer will arrange a survey on your property. Either Gareth or Sami will be there throughout the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way.Get a Free Valuation
Exchange of contracts
Once the contract has been signed by both parties the deposit (usually 10% of the purchase price) will be telegraphically transferred or paid in the form of a banker’s draft by the buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor. The completion date is then set by mutual agreement.Get a Free Valuation
Moving day! Completion is when the residual monies (usually 90%) are transferred from the buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor’s account.
