Main Description
What a beautiful aspect is what comes to mind when we visited this lovely and well-kept detached bungalow, positioned within the picturesque village of Pulford. The property occupies a fantastic garden plot, with even more scope for extension should you wish to create more living space. The property is well presented throughout and has recently been re decorated, with the advantage of a modern kitchen and shower room, you really can just move in and add your own stamp to the home once you have lived here for a while!
The layout works so well, with spacious, light and airy rooms and all of them enjoying fabulous views. Starting with the hall, which has doors leading into the main living areas, as well as three of the bedrooms and shower room. The lounge is a fantastic room with feature brick fireplace housing a wood burning stove, the room also has a staircase rising to the fourth bedroom, but we will come back to this later. Leading off the lounge is a sitting room to the rear, and a conservatory which is positioned to the front of the property to give the maximum view of the garden and the open views over the countryside beyond. There is a lovely kitchen with feature stone wall, finished in dark grey with ample base and wall units for all your storage needs, with plenty of work top space over. Leading off the kitchen comes the dining room with rear facing window and feature wood burning stove, which we can imagine will be just lovely around the festive time of year we are heading into. There are two large double bedrooms to the front, both having lovely walk into bay windows, while a third bedroom is located to the rear of the house. The contemporary shower room has been fitted with a washbasin and WC within built-in dark grey cabinetry, with corner shower cubicle. Finally, we come back to the fourth bedroom located on the first floor which is such a versatile space, with an area for a bed and then a further area for a dressing area, or even a study or play area, the choice is yours!
The outside of the house is a real treat! The private mature garden includes a small orchard area to the right of the driveway, which wraps around the front of the house and leads to an attached single garage. The main garden area is laid to lawn and located to the front of the home, all fully enclosed with mature hedgerow. To the rear there is an external utility area and storeroom, which is just a step from the kitchen door, meaning all washing and drying can stay out of the main home.
This is a fantastic home in such a beautiful setting, and we would be delighted to show you all the property offers first-hand.
