The Seller's View
We absolutely love living here. We feel like we are in the suburbs with the Countess Park and Chester Zoo 5 minutes walk away yet it is only a 20-30 minute walk in to the city of Chester. Cheshire Oaks is also only a 15 min drive away and a must to visit! Sandpits is set back from the main road and so it’s very quiet here with no traffic noise or cold calling! We are not overlooked at all and there’s nothing better than sitting in the back garden, which is south west facing, until the sun goes down in the evening. Our neighbours are very friendly and have had three generations in that house so far. There is a real community spirit in Upton with lots going on and several good primary and secondary schools as well as some good private schools all within walking distance.
