The property is situated within the popular village of Farndon and within walking distance of Holt. Directions

Proceed out of Chester along Boughton turning right at Bill Smith’s Motors, as if heading back into Chester, and then turning immediately left onto Sandy Lane, which becomes the B5130. Proceed along this road for approximately six miles, passing through the villages of Churton and Aldford. Upon reaching the village of Farndon at the T-junction turn left and follow the road along before finding Walkers Lane, just opposite the doctors surgery.
