Gareth’s complete desire to want to help and put others first has been why so many people have been delighted in dealing with him and happily recommended him over the years.
Gareth began his time in the estate agency world as a trainee back in 1999. Back then the focus was all about people and working direct, one to one with both the sellers and buyers, getting to know all about the various requirements and needs of all parties, something that today is still at the forefront of what he believes in. He began his career in a new estate agent in Chester back in 1999, which quickly became arguably one of Chester most recognised and exclusive independent estate agents at the time.
He worked his way up the ladder helping to build the business and in 2010 became an Associate. Gareth has always been focused on treating clients as ‘people’ and not just as property owners; this quickly became something that clients valued and appreciated. Word of mouth and recommendation became the key to his success in the Chester and outlining Cheshire villages.
As time has moved on, the way properties are currently marketed reflects this. Having a true enthusiasm for marketing, design and photography, Gareth’s keen eye for detail has always allowed him to advise and market every seller’s property to its full potential.
